In mid-2025, I started Inked Wall Creations, a company that produces custom wall murals using vertical wall printing technology.

Most people have never seen or even heard of a wall printer before, so it can be a little difficult to picture what it actually is.

The easiest way to think about it is this: a vertical wall printer is essentially a large-format inkjet printer designed to print directly onto flat vertical surfaces. Instead of printing on paper or vinyl, the printer applies high-resolution artwork directly onto the wall itself using UV ink that dries on contact.

Because the designs are created digitally, anything that can be designed on a computer can be printed on a wall—logos, branding, inspirational quotes, artwork, landscapes, graphics, and more.

What makes the technology especially exciting is the speed and efficiency. Projects that might take a traditional muralist days or even weeks can often be completed in just a few hours.

There are so many blank walls in offices, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and commercial spaces that could become something beautiful, memorable, and inspiring.

And after all… who doesn’t enjoy a great wall mural?
