Hi everyone – I’m Rico Rojas. I joined Nooks and Socials at the end of last week and wanted to introduce myself.

I run rTech Digital Consulting here on Long Island. In plain terms: I help small businesses put AI to work in their actual day-to-day – the paperwork, the follow-ups, the stuff that eats your week – using whatever tools they already have. Before this I spent 15+ years as a software engineer.

I joined because I’d rather build things alongside people I can actually meet than sit behind a screen all day. Looking forward to getting to some events and putting faces to names.

One small thing I’ll offer up front: I build free self-install AI kits as a side project, and people seem to get a kick out of them – there’s one that acts like a mini focus group for your marketing, where a panel of customer personas reacts to your ad or email before you spend money on it.
