March 9, 2026What You Take In, You Have to Digest
You don’t just upgrade your dreams.
You upgrade your digestion.
Not the green juice kind.
Energetic digestion.
Because the truth is simple: what you take in, you have to process. What you consume—information, conversations, media, opinions—becomes part of your frequency.
And frequency isn’t a trendy buzzword. It’s the invisible architecture of your life.
You Are Always Plugged In
Your nervous system is rich with potential, but if you don’t tend it, weeds take over.
The same is true with your frequency.
When you intentionally choose what nourishes you—reflection, meaningful conversations, aligned ideas—your inner world flourishes. But endless noise, opinions, and stimulation can leave your system tangled and overwhelmed. And yes, even with good things, there can sometimes be too much.
We’re living in the loudest era in human history: notifications, news cycles, commentary, advice on everything and most people taking in amounts above their capacity.
Simply stated, our nervous system was never designed to process data at the current speed and amount.
The Era Shift Is Also a Frequency Shift
For centuries, authority lived outside of us—institutions, leaders, experts, systems.
Now we are moving into a time where inner authority and authenticity matter more than ever. This shift asks us to build a different relationship with information, energy, and ourselves.
You cannot hear your intuition if you’re constantly absorbing fear.
You cannot access clarity if your mind is saturated with outrage.
This is where frequency work becomes essential.
Frequency work is simply becoming conscious and accountable for the emotional and energetic environments you place yourself in—and choosing them intentionally.
Practices like sound sessions can also support this process. Sound helps the nervous system settle, allowing the body to release tension and digest what has been taken in energetically. Many people experience sound as a gentle reset that supports integration and emotional release.
Content Consumes You
Every piece of information you take in does one of three things:
• Expands you
• Distracts you
• Contracts you
Your body knows the difference.
The podcast that sparks insight? Expansion.
Scrolling until you question your entire life? Contraction.
Bingeing the news until everything feels hopeless? Overload.
Your nervous system simply registers stimulation—whether the threat is physical or digital. You carry it into your work, creativity, leadership, and relationships.
Your Mind Is Always Working
Most people feed their minds like an all-you-can-eat buffet—headlines, clips, posts, opinions—without integrating any of it.
Awareness without digestion often becomes anxiety.
Integration requires silence, reflection, and stillness—things that rarely trend but are essential for clarity.
It also helps to learn how to listen to the three centers of intelligence we all carry: the mind, the heart, and the body. When these three work together, decisions become clearer and what we take in can be processed with far more ease.
Leadership Is a Frequency Game
People don’t just hear your words. They feel your state.
You can have the best strategy or message, but if your energy is scattered, it shows.
Reactive voices repeat what they’ve consumed. Grounded leaders digest it.
When ideas move through your lived experience, your voice becomes clear, authentic, and magnetic.
A Simple Practice
For one week, pause before consuming anything—an article, podcast, reel, or video—and ask:
Why am I opening this?
Curiosity? Inspiration? Avoidance?
Then afterward ask:
What was my experience, mentally physically, emotionally?
Lighter? Clearer? Drained?
No judgment. Just awareness.
What you repeatedly expose your nervous system to becomes your emotional climate—and eventually, your voice.
So watch your frequency. Not obsessively, but intentionally.
What you take in becomes what you transmit.
Choose wisely.
