All Members agree to:
• Show respect for all members, guests, and speakers.
• Engage professionally, including using appropriate language and maintaining a courteous tone.
• Listen actively and avoid interrupting others.
• Arrive on time and participate fully
• Represent your business honestly without misleading claims.
• Honor commitments, such as referrals, follow-ups, or promises made to other members.
Networking & Referrals:
• Members should make good-faith referrals only when appropriate and without receiving improper compensation.
• Members agree to follow up promptly on leads, introductions, or business opportunities.
• Members should avoid pressuring others to provide referrals or business.
Anti-Harassment & Anti-Discrimination:
• Nooks and Socials is committed to a harassment-free experience for everyone. Harassment or discrimination based on (including but not limited to) gender, race, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or professional background is strictly prohibited.
Conflicts of Interest:
• Members must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, including business relationships that may influence decisions.
• Nooks and Socials should remain a neutral, supportive environment and not be used for personal disputes or competitive interference.
Conduct During Events:
• Keep phones on silent and avoid disruptions.
• Respect the meeting structure, time limits, and agenda.
• Give every Member a fair chance to speak.
Use of Nooks and Socials Resources:
• Directories, contact lists, and communication channels may be used for networking and professional purposes only.
• Spam, mass marketing, or unauthorized solicitation is prohibited.
